Wirklich sehr schönes Appartement, wie auf den Bildern. Schön eingerichtet und schönes Design. Von den Terassen im Deluxe Appartement hat man eine tolle Aussicht und wenn das Wetter schön ist, kann man super auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken. Bei längeren Aufenthalten und mit der Absicht selbst zu kochen sollte man sich eventuell ein paar zusätzliche Kochutensilien mitnehmen, wie scharfe Schneidemesser, Schneidebrett und Sieb, aber Grundausstattung Töpfe, Teller, Besteck, etc. sind vorhanden. Die buchbaren Garagen sind eine sichere Variante, aber sollte das Auto über 1,60m hoch sein, sollte man sich andere Möglichkeiten überlegen. Die Stadt ist schnell erreichbar mit der Straßenbahn, die nicht weit vom Haus abfährt. Zwei Haltestellen weiter (ca. 5min) befindet sich ein großer Shoppingcenter und einige Geschäfte, fährt man weiter, erreicht man schnell die Altstadt.

Das Apartment ist einfach, aber dennoch sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Bilder geben die realen Zustände wieder, von daher top! Wir waren mit dem Auto da und haben die Location ganz ohne Navi überraschenderweise sehr gut gefunden. David, der Angestellte am Empfang, hatte stets ein Smiley im Gesicht, war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein De Luxe Apartment mit Terasse und herrlichem Ausblick. Angesichts des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses einfach nur einmalig! Es ist sicherlich kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber für den Preis einer einfachen Jugendherberge definitiv herausragend (zahlten pro Person und Nacht 25 Euro inkl. TG-Stellplatz fürs Auto). Die Holeckova Apartments liegen in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse. Vom Niveau her würde ich sagen eher Mittelklasse, vermittelt aber dennoch eine angenehme Sicherheit. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Gebäude geparkt werden. Garagenstellplätze in begrenzter Anzahl sind auch vorhanden und kosten 8 Euro pro Tag. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Tram im Minutentakt zur nächsten Metrostation Andel (hier Shopping Mall/Supermarkt vorhanden mit tollem Cafe und Frühstück 6 Euro!), von wo man dann in die Innenstadt weiterfahren kann. Das ganze dauert gute 15 min und kostet einfach ca. 80 Cent (Wichtig Ticketautomat nimmt nur Münzen!)Da Prag eine gut zu Fuß abzulaufende City ist, lohnen sich m.E. die ganzen Tageskarten nicht. Fazit und kurzum: Wir können die Apartments durchaus empfehlen

Zum zweiten Mal in Prag, zum zweiten Mal in den Holeckova Apartments - weil dort ganz einfach ALLES passt! Preis-Leistung 1A, Freundlichkeit Super-1-plus, Service-Sauberkeit... nichts lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren bezaubert von der Honeymoon Suite und sind es immer noch - bis zu unserem nächsten Prag-Urlaub, der hoffentlich nicht zu lange auf sich warten lässt...... :o)

Dobrý den, paní Jablonská,
velice vám děkuji, že jste si našla čas na můj dotaz. V hotelu se nám nesmírně líbilo, škoda, že jsme pobyly jen jednu noc. Prostředí hotelu bylo opravdu velice příjemné, stejně tak jako pan recepční Ščerba, který na nás do noci čekal. Pokud v budoucnu budeme mít cestu do Prahy, určitě se obrátíme s dotazem na ubytování opět k vám.
Dívala jsem se na stránky Rendl Light Studio, a máte pravdu - světla jsem tam našla. Už vím, co mi přinese Ježíšek :)
Ještě jednou děkuji a přeji vám pěkný den a mnoho úspěchů.

V apartmanoch sme prezili tyzden. Su velmi vkusne zariadene, pekne a ciste. Vysoky standard pre narocnejsich. Exvelentna upratovacia sluzba. Trochu minusom bolo, ze nam nefungoval satelit a internet nam niektore dni tiez nesiel najma v tie najdolezitejsie :). Neskoro v noci nesla tepla voda vobec. Hluk z ulice bolo trochu pocut aj na druhej strane bytu, ale nebolo to nevydrzatelne. Za tie peniazky by som si vedela predstavit aj ine. V podstate prijemny apartmanovy dom.

Nächte in Prag, noch dazu im Mai - was gibt es Schöneres? Alles war perfekt, haben tadellos hingefunden und waren vom Appartement einfach hingerissen. Infrastruktur einwandfrei, kurzer Weg mit Öffis in die Stadt, Bier überall in der Umgebung ;o). Der Empfang war nett, wir wurden sogar zuvorkommend nach oben geleitet bis direkt ins Appartement. Besser hätte es nicht sein können, danke noch einmal für den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Stadt - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Muy satisfecho con el hotel Mala Strana, habitación amplia y tranquila. La gente muy amable y atenta. La zona buena y centrica, todo lo pudimos hacer andando. Estoy muy satisfecho con el hotel.

Die Räume waren modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Alles vorhanden. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit, u.a. ging es um die Bestätigung des Rückfluges, sehr zuvorkommend

Wir waren begeistert! Das Apartment superschön, stylisch - wirklich genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet - und eine Oase der Ruhe, wenn man nach einem langen Tag aus der Stadt zurückkommt. Ein Ort, an dem man sich absolut wohlfühlen und auch einfach mal ne Stunde sitzen und lesen kann. Insgesamt hat uns das ganze Haus supergut gefallen und wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Empfang supernett, Organisation professionell, Wohngegend angenehm, kurzer Weg in die Stadt und sehr sauber. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder!

Die Studios sind kleine Einzimmerappartments, sehr sauber, sehr schick eingerichtet. Die kleine Kochecke mit zwei Herdplatten ohne Ofen reicht für schnelle Mahlzeiten. Per Tram ist man schnell in der Stadt, sehr viel unkomplizierter als gedacht. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Empfang war zwar nicht immer besetzt, aber es gab eine Handynummer für 'Notfälle'. Wenn wir wieder mal in Prag sind, werden wir versuchen hier wieder unterzukommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

El alojamiento estupendo, el studio genial, la comunicacion con el centro tambien. Personalmente lo vi todo muy correcto. Solo un poco de despreocupacion a la hora de salida del studio, ya que la recepcion estaba pocas veces abiertas.

We left in a hurry, and quite early, on Friday morning, so it's too bad we didn't get to say goodbye in person, but I do hope we'll see you again!We just got the luggage today in Budapest...thank goodness.

I you want a quiet yet accessible place with the convenience of a kitchen and refrigerator, this is it. Located in an untouristy, safe, working-class neighborhood. The flatscreen TV has a English- language CNN and BBC World channel and a radio option with a jazz and classical station among others. Do bring a travel clock with an alarm as the rooms do not have them. Andrea, the receptionist is indeed a gem. We had to check out at 5AM and she sent someone to a store to get us a clock to wake us up and had a cab ready to take us to the airport. She is not always on duty, but is always available by phone (if you have one). Five minutes away by tram (just around the corner) is a large enclosed mall, with an excellent, handy 24/7 Tesco department/grocery store that has everything under the sun. A bookstore in the mall has books in English as does another bookstore across the street next to the Metro station. They do take credit cards.

Das Studio-Zimmer war sauber und klar strukturiert. Die Appartements liegen in einem guten Umfeld mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum mittels Tram, die rund um die Uhr verkehrt und relativ günstig ist - 20 CZK für eine Fahrt ins Zentrum. Besondere Anerkennung für Andrea, sie hat uns trotz später Anreise um 0:30 Uhr, überaus freundlich begrüßt. Die Appartements sind äußerst empfehlenswert.

A charming place with charming staff. We stayed at the studio flat which is roomy, pleasant and very cozy. We felt like being home away from home. All flats are brand new (looks totally the same as in the pictures) with nice decoration and all the accessories you will need to make your stay the most comfortable. You can catch the trams or busses within 2 minutes walk or have a nice walk to the old city (around 20 minutes) or to Mala Strana (around 25 minutes in an amazing park). There are couples of groceries stores nearby and nice local restaurants and pubs near Andel metro station (5 mins by tram). Big thanks to lovely Andrea for being very helpful and kind to us! We had the best time and looking forward to visit you again!

This is excellent accomodation. Andrea was really helpful and so friendly, and the apartments are just as lovely as they look in the pictures, like a home from home. The tram stop is really close by and frequent, and the walk into the city is pleasant too. Very highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with the apartment we had on the top floor of the building which is very bright with full length balconies on both sides with pleasant views. The building and the apartment are new, very clean, tastefully and comtemplarily designed. Excellent value for money. Cítili jsme se dobře ,velmi příjemné přivítání,všechno dobře klaplo.Velmi dobré spojení metrem,přijelo každých 5 minut tam a zpět.Garáž byla hitem!
Díky změně rezervace ,jsme neobdrželi bohužel žádné správné údaje o adrese,natož správný popis cesty...První pohled do apartmánu nás nechal zapomenout počáteční zlobu.Ty opravdu stylové místnosti byly po objevení velice vítaným a nádherným únikem.Díky tímto styl.zařízením chybělo kuchyň.vybavení v detailu.Je velmi těžké bavit se s někým ze Servisu po telefonu,který si právěl vystačoval s informací 'právě nejsme v Praze' nebo 'rádi vám zítra pomůžeme'.Nejlépe si nechat vysvětlit při vstupu do apartmánu všechny technické detaily,protože pak je člověk odkázán pouze na své znalosti....a bez návodu k použití si pak člověk rve rád vlasy..
